The first thing we often hear from prospective clients is "your home prices are so low, it must be a stripped down version" or "by the time I upgrade the home it will cost the same as another builder". These statements are not true. In fact, almost all prices include upgraded items such as 30yr shingles, R-30 insulation in the ceiling, Armstrong cabinets, Moen faucets, ceramic floor and wall tile, landscaping, sod and sprinklers system.
